Virtual Event Grant (Professional)

The Virtual Event Grant (Professional) facilitates interaction, debate, and research activity in design history through virtual initiatives proposed by established, early career and independent researchers. It represents the Society’s commitment to promoting and to supporting access to the field of design history, encouraging transnational dialogue with less negative impact on the environment and greater inclusivity amongst our constituencies who are facing unprecedented precarity by being virtual and free.

Virtual Event Award (Student)

The Virtual Event Award (Student) will be awarded by the DHS to encourage interaction, debate, and research activity in design history proposed by students. The DHS aims to play a role in shaping an inclusive field supporting engaging, high quality, original activity anywhere in the globe that has the potential to have a significant or transformative impact on the subject area and beyond.
