Journal
The Journal of Design History, the Society's periodical, is published by Oxford University Press on behalf of the Design History Society. The Journal of Design History is the leading journal in its field, playing an active role in the development of design history, including the history of the crafts and applied arts, as well as contributing to the broader field of studies of visual and material culture.The Journal includes articles, reviews of books and exhibitions, lists of books received and from time to time publishes special issues.

Access
Members of academic institutions with an Athens username and Athens password should be able to access the full text of articles published from the start of 2004. If you don't have an Athens username and password you may still be able to read the full text of some articles from 2004 only. If you don't know what an Athens username or password are then you should speak to your college or university librarian.
