Dipti Bhagat, Chair of the Design History Society, opened the event explaining that the Society aimed to extend its teaching and learning activities. This newly initiated publishing workshop, held in conjunction with the Society's annual conference, aimed to bring together early career design historians to meet editors and view the design history journals which they oversee.
